DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE	FEE
On-site service call (Chesterton, Valpo, Porter, and surrounding communities) -includes upgrades, troubleshooting, installation, etc.-	$75/hour
On site service call fee outside of service area	$75/hour + travel
Off-site bench fee -dropped off systems at Brainstorm for troubleshooting, upgrades, repairs, etc. free pickup/delivery	$60/hour
Network Design and Implementation	Call
EMERGENCY Service late hours, Sundays	One-time fee $95 +above schedule
Repair Policy......If we can't fix it- you don't pay	MOST MINOR REPAIRS CAN BE COMPLETED IN ONE HOUR
